Why we started
Not your average off-campus rental
Bear Down Properties started with a simple idea: students deserve better than a beige apartment complex. So we set out to restore real homes — the kind with brick, adobe, and a little desert character — right where students actually want to live.
Every home in our collection is hand-picked within walking distance of campus and managed by the same local team from your first tour to move-out day. No call centers, no runaround — just a place that feels like yours.
