Rent is paid online through your resident portal. Log in with the email on your lease, add a bank account or card, and you can pay in seconds or turn on autopay so you never miss a due date.
Log in to the resident portal and open a maintenance request — add a short description and a few photos so our team knows exactly what's going on. You'll get updates as it moves from received to resolved. For anything urgent (water, gas, lockouts, no AC in summer), call us right away at 1 (520) 231-1356.
Once your lease is signed, we send a portal invitation to the email on file. Follow the link to set your password and you'll have access to payments, documents, and maintenance. Didn't get the invite? Reach out and we'll resend it.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Your specific terms — including any grace period and late fees — are spelled out in your lease, which you can always pull up in the portal.
Yes. Inside the portal you can enable autopay so your rent is drafted automatically each month. You stay in control and can change or cancel it any time.
